FP Developments offers semi automated inspection systems for particulate, cosmetic, stopper, cap, label, and defective container inspections.

​Semi automated machine provides automated material handling and consistent product presentation for the inspectors. Product enters the machine in a predetermined programmable pace via upstream conveyor or turntable. The product tracks towards the operator on an angled roller conveyor where it is presented to the operator under tyndall lighting conditions. The operator accepts or rejects the container manually or with automatic reject option. System designed to handle vials, ampoules, and syringes.

Integrated systems with infeed and outfeed accumulation for multiple machines available.
