The Beckman F0850 is a fixed-angle rotor designed to centrifuge up to eight 50-mL tubes. The F0850 is capable of handling a variety of applications including the density gradient separation of erythrocytes, cell lysate fractions, granules, as well as differential separation of DNA, proteins, and viruses. A sample volume of up to 400 mL can be centrifuged per run.
