Maintains temperature from ambient to 55 degrees C.  Remove embedded tissue from microtome and deposit wrinkled tissue sections on surface of bath. When embedding medium softens, specimen slowly unfolds and flattens out upon water surface. Retrieve tissue on microscope slide by slipping slide under section and lifting.  Place slide on edge of bath and the heat from the walls will evaporate remaining water.
